MEMORANDUM OPINION
JAMES D. WALKER, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Objection to Confirmation by Bank of Upson, (the “Bank”), a creditor in this ease. Tommy Felker and Kathy Felker (collectively the “Debtors”) have also objected to the claim asserted by the Bank. At issue is the Bank’s secured status under a so-called “dragnet clause” contained in a deed to secure debt. This is a core matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(E) and (L). For the reasons stated, the Court will sustain Debtors’ objections in part, and deny the Bank’s objection to confirmation. These…
