This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia, which dismissed a bill brought under Revised Statutes, Section 4915, 35 U.S.C. § 63, 35 U.S.C.A. § 63, seek*333ing a decree directing the Commissioner of Patents to allow certain claims of an application for letters patent.
