This is an appeal from a judgment in an action for account*435ing on a contract brought by the plaintiffs and respondents against the defendant and appellant. This is the second time this action has been before this court, the first appeal having resulted in a reversal by this court of the district court’s judgment in favor of the plaintiffs in First National Bank of White Sulphur Springs v. Stoyanoff, 137 Mont. 20, 349 P.2d 1016.
