The áppellant filed his bill in chancery against the appellee in the circuit court for Duval county in which was sought both a temporary and perpetual injunction against the appellee. An application was made to the court below for a temporary in*985junction or. restraining order, which was denied, and this appeal is taken from such interlocutory order. We deem it unnecessary to set forth the pleadings.
