The Hinsdale Sanitary District on June 11, 1928, filed its petition in the county court of DuPage county to cause to be levied a special assessment to defray the cost of constructing an intercepting and outlet sewer in the district. The property of the appellants, Frank O. Butler, owner, and the Hinsdale Golf Club, lessee, was assessed for benefits in the proceeding in the aggregate amount of $11,233.15.
