MEMORANDUM

MORTON, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff has brought suit against Fleet-guard, Inc., and its parent corporation, Cummins Engine Company. Plaintiff alleges that he was terminated because of honestly held religious beliefs, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 1981a (1991) (“Title VII”), and in violation of the Tennessee Human Rights Act (“THRA”), Tenn.Code Ann. 4-21-101 et seq.
