Defendant appeals from his conviction of having possessed a concealable firearm in violation of ORS 166.270. He assigns as error the denial of his motion to suppress both an automatic pistol discovered in the course of a search of a vehicle in which he had been a passenger and a shoulder holster obtained as a result of a search of his person.
