This was an information in the nature of quo warranto, filed by the State’s attorney of Cook county against the appellee, in which it was alleged that the appellee has usurped and unlawfully holds and exercises the privilege and license of keeping a dram-shop at and upon the premises known as No. 5014 Cottage Grove avenue, in that part of the city of Chicago which formerly constituted the village of Hyde Park.
