Appellee instituted this action in assumpsit, in the court below, to recover the alleged value of services rendered as an attorney at law, in the sum of $1,500. . The cause being at issue was submitted to a jury, which returned a verdict in appellee’s favor, fixed his clamages at $750. A motion for a new trial was filed, and overruled, and the judgment was entered upon -the verdict. From the judgment and the action of the court, in overruling the motion for a new trial, this appeal is prosecuted. Thirty-two alleged errors were assigned to the proceedings…
