SMITH, Justice.

Jason Parham appeals from a February 6, 2008, order purporting to vacate an arbitration award in Parham’s favor. We dismiss the appeal for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction.

On January 11, 2007, Jason Parham, individually and as representative of a class, filed a complaint in arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (“the AAA”).
