This proceeding was initiated under a verified two-count complaint filed by the Disciplinary Commission of this Court pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 28, Section 12. In accordance with the procedures set forth under this rule, this Court appointed a Hearing Officer who has conducted a hearing and now tenders his findings. Neither party has petitioned this Court for review.

There being no objection to the tendered findings of fact, this Court now adopts and accepts as its own such matters and generally finds that the Respondent is an attorney at law admitted to the Bar of this State…
