Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Cholakis, J.), entered April 2, 1984 in Albany County, which, inter alia, denied plaintiff’s cross motion for leave to serve an amended complaint, and (2) from an order of said court, entered July 17, 1984 in Albany County, which denied plaintiff’s motion for leave to reargue and/or renew said motion.
