This is an action to quiet title to 120 acres of land, to-wit, the of SW>4 and SW% of SW}4 of Section 25, Township 1 North, Range 11 East, Coal County, Oklahoma. From an adverse judgment in the court below plaintiff appealed. The parties occupying the same relative position as in the trial court will be referred to herein as they there appeared.
