{¶ 1} Respondent, Michele Ann Tomer of Akron, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0059477, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1992.
{¶ 2} Relator, Akron Bar Association, charged Tomer with professional misconduct for failing to effectively communicate in two client matters, misusing her Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (“IOLTA”) account, and engaging in dishonest conduct during the disciplinary investigation.
