Tbe judgment of tbe United States Circuit Court for tbe District of Colorado in this case is affirmed, for reasons stated in tbe opinion of tbe court filed in No. 3.300, United States, for tbe Use of the Gibson Lumber Company, v. L. E. Boomer et al., 183 Fed. 726.
