CARLAND, District Judge.
This action was commenced to recover the sum of $439.35 from defendants in error as principal and sureties upon a bond given by them to the United States in order to secure the faithful performance of a contract made between the United States and L. E. and E. R. Boomer for furnishing labor and materials for the construction and completion of additions to officers’ quarters at the New Ft. Lyon Naval Hospital grounds at New Et.
