GARRISON, Judge.

T.L.H. (“Mother”), as parent and natural guardian of her daughter, A.T.H. (“Daughter”), filed a petition seeking relief under Sections 455.500-455.538, RSMo, known as the “Child Protection Orders Act” (the “Act”). The trial court entered an Ex Parte Order of Child Protection against Cyrus 0. Pope (“Appellant”), and after a subsequent hearing, entered a Judgment/Full Order of Child Protection. Appellant contests the sufficiency of the petition as well as the evidence.1
