T1 In a dispute arising out of a multimillion dollar purchase/sale of multiple companies, Defendants/Appellants David R. Hull ("Hull") and Billy D. Hare ("Hare") appeal the trial court's interlocutory order denying their motion to compel arbitration and for stay of the action pursuant to 12 0.8. Supp. 2006 § 1879(A).
