The Court has heretofore considered these cases on identical motions filed by plaintiffs in each ease for partial summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. For obvious reasons, the cases were ordered consolidated for all purposes.
