This is an appeal from a judgment for plaintiffs in an action to quiet title. Plaintiffs are the lessors in an oil and gas lease covering the property in question, and the defendant and appellant T. M. Gibson, through mesne conveyances, succeeded to the interest of the lessees under the lease. The complaint was in the usual form to quiet title and did not mention the lease. Defendant T. M. Gibson answered, pleading the existence of the lease, and also filed a cross-complaint seeking to quiet her title as lessee.
