Plaintiffs Christopher Brewer, Curtis Manion and Vicki Guernsey allege breach of contract and violation of the federal Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act by their employer, General Drivers, Warehousemen and Helpers Local Union 89 (“Local 89”), which is affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
