MEMORANDUM OPINION

HEYBURN, Chief Judge.

Defendant Box USA Group, Inc. (“Box USA”), has moved for summary judgment on Plaintiffs claims of employment discrimination. Plaintiff, who is African-American, alleges that Defendant has discriminated on the basis of race in failing to promote him to a supervisory position, and that Defendant has subjected him to a work environment hostile to African-Americans.
