THORNBURG, District Judge.
THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Defendants’ motion for summary judgment which is opposed by the Plaintiffs. For the reasons stated herein, the Defen dants’ motion is granted and the action is dismissed. 1

In August 1999, the Plaintiffs’ action was transferred to this District by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
