This was a consolidation of eight actions brought by the German Savings Institution and seven other plaintiffs, in the Circuit Court of the city of St. Louis, against the De la Yergne Refrigerating Company and John C. De la Yergne, its president and principal stockholder, personally, for a failure to deliver to plaintiffs certain stock in the Refrigerating Company.
