Appellant Isaac Nathaniel Rodriguez, a juvenile, was charged with murder. Upon motion by the State, the juvenile court waived jurisdiction and transferred the matter to criminal court. After Rodriguez’s motion to suppress was denied by the' district court judge, he entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to thirty years’ confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and assessed a fine in the amount of $1,000.00.
