OPINION

LÓPEZ, Justice.

This appeal is a challenge to the juvenile court’s decision to certify appellant to stand trial as an adult. Appellant is accused of the death of a four-year-old girl, resulting from a drive-by shooting. In seven points of error, appellant challenges the court’s findings on probable cause that he committed the offense and sufficiency of the evidence to waive jurisdiction and transfer him to the district court.
