Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered February 17, 1977 in Albany County, which required the payment of a sum of money by appellant Fahey to petitioner, and (2) from a judgment of said court, entered February 18, 1977, which granted a motion to dismiss the petition as to respondent Toia. Petitioner was the recipient of a grant of aid to dependent children.
