Appellant sought and was granted discretionary review of an order of the Family Division of the Carver County Court terminating her parental rights to four minor children on the grounds, set forth in Minn. Stat. §§ 260.221(b)(2) and 260.221(b)(5) (1978), that she had substantially and continuously or repeatedly failed to give them necessary parental care and protection and that, following a determination that the children were neglected, reasonable efforts under the direction of the court had failed to correct the conditions leading to the neglect determination.
