ORDER

NICKERSON, District Judge.

Plaintiff brought this action to review a final determination of defendant Secretary of Health and Human Services denying plaintiffs claim for a period of disability, disability insurance benefits, and Supplemental Security Income benefits under the Social Security Act. The court has jurisdiction under 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(e)(3).

Plaintiff’s present application for benefits was made on February 26, 1988 and claimed disability commencing January 30, 1986 due to back trouble and hypertension. The Administrative Law Judge found plaintiff not disabled, and…
