Plaintiff brought this action to review a final determination of defendant Secretary of *57Health and Human Services denying plaintiffs claim for disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. Both parties move for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c).
