L. L. Brown died testate, leaving a widow and eight children, all of whom were legatees under his will. The widow filed in the court of ordinary, against the executor of Brown, a petition for settlement. The executor answered that the widow had been fully settled with; 'and the children filed separate objections to the effect that the widow did not take under the 2d and 6th items of the will.
