¶ 1. Barbara Ann Price left her job at Omnova Solutions, Inc., due to her inability to work after being diagnosed with carpel tunnel syndrome. Price applied for workers’ compensation benefits and was found by the administrative law judge (ALJ) to have suffered a twenty-five percent loss of wage-earning capacity. The ALJ also awarded Omnova credit for short-term and long-term benefits paid to Price. Price appealed the ALJ’s findings to the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission.
