This is a petition for a lien under that part of Chap. 82, Hurd’s Stat., Ed. of 1899, entitled “ Liens upon Railroads,” to enforce the payment of a balance due appellant as subcontractor, for material furnished Dorwin, Young & Co., who were original contractors with the receivers of the Baltimore & Ohio Southwestern Railway Company, to repair and reconstruct a part of said railroad in the counties of Richland and Lawrence in the State of Illinois, and at certain points in Indiana.
