ASHWORTH, Justice
(Retired, Sitting by Assignment).
A jury found appellant guilty of theft of over $20,000.00 and assessed his punishment at 10 years confinement and a $10,-000 dollar fine.
Judgment affirmed.
The instant case involves a number of different instances in which appellant and his associates, who worked under his direction, falsified the credit records of various individuals so that General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), Chrysler Credit Corporation, and Citicorp Acceptance Corporation made loans they would not have made had they received true credit information.
