Gerald Shaw (Shaw) appeals from an order denying his amended Rule 24.035 motion to correct the written judgment concerning his convictions for kidnapping and stealing. See §§ 565.110, 570.030. 1 The written judgment stated that Shaw’s sentences of 15 and four years were to be served consecutively. In Shaw’s amended motion, he requested the motion court to correct the written judgment to state that the sentences were to be served concurrently in conformity with the court’s oral pronouncement of the sentences.
