This is an information in the nature of quo warrranto filed,, on leave, in the circuit court of Macoupin county, by the State’s attorney of that county, requiring Nathaniel Carrico et al.f. appellants, to show by what authority they assume to hold and exercise the office of school directors of a certain school, district.
