Appellants were charged with violations of Nevada’s Uniform Securities Act. Appellants were convicted, pursuant to a jury trial, and now appeal. Among other issues raised in this appeal, appellants contend that a jury instruction erroneously defined a violation of the Nevada Uniform Securities Act as a general intent crime, that the state presented insufficient evidence to sustain their convictions, and that the district court erred in the amount of probation it imposed.
