On Januajty 25, 2007, the plaintiff, Paula Geier (“Geier”), filed a nine-count complaint against her former employer, the Town of Barre, Massachusetts (“the Town”), and the Town’s health agent, Tim Callahan (“Callahan”) (collectively, “the defendants”). Geier alleges that the Town wrongfully terminated her in retaliation for an internal sexual harassment complaint that she filed.
