Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County, rendered November 27, 1978, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. Defendant was indicted for the crimes of criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. After a jury trial, he was found not guilty of the first charge but guilty of the second one. He was sentenced to six months in the county jail.
