Plaintiffs, owners and charterers of the ship Havnor, brought this action under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, et seq., seeking records regarding the detention of them ship by defendant, the United States Coast Guard. After receiving the requested records, plaintiffs agreed to dismiss this action voluntarily on April 20, 2011. Pending before the Court is plaintiffs’ motion for attorneys’ fees.
