In this insurance coverage dispute we are asked to determine whether a “reciprocal coverage” provision found in a commercial trucking insurance policy violates the public policy requiring insurance coverage for permissive users of vehicles set forth in section 7 — 317(b)(2) of the Illinois Safety and Family Financial Responsibility Law (625 ILCS 5/7 — 317(b)(2) (West 2006)).
