This is a workmen’s compensation case in which the dependents of a deceased workman are claimants. The injury to the workman occurred at a time when chapter 232 of the Laws of *5821927 was in force, so the rights of the parties are governed by that statute as amended by chapter 206 of the Laws of 1929. The workman, Thomas B. Coe, was a painter employed by appellants, painting the intercity viaduct at Kansas City.
