Gistis, Case No. 18-10710 Debtor MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The Trustee filed a motion asking the Court to impose sanctions on Jeffrey P. White, Esq. under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(4) and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9011 [Dkt. No. 28] (the “Motion”). The evidence adduced at the hearing on the Motion leads to one inescapable conclusion: Mr. White did not meet the standards prescribed by section 707(b)(4) and Rule 9011 when he prepared and filed Schedule C in this case.
