The first inquiry relates to paragraph eight of the will which, so far as is here material, reads as follows: “My home . . . I give to my husband Benjamin J. Smith with all the household belongings, to use, and enjoy during the term of his natural life, and upon his death, the same is to go to my only sister Eva G. Hardy, to be used by her, during the period of her natural life, after which it must be sold, and the money received from said sale, be sent to The Christian and Missionary Alliance New York City office and be used for Gospel Missionary work.” Benjamin J.
