{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Denver and Desiree Martin, appeal the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Spartan Chevrolet and partial summary judgment for defendant-appellee General Motors Acceptance Corporation, North America (“GMAC”).
