The referee Has certified to this court the following question:
“Where a member of the bar of this court has been employed by a creditor of a bankrupt, has prepared the creditor’s proof of claim and procured its allowance in the bankruptcy proceeding, and his appearance for the creditor is entered in the referee’s record, does such member of the bar remain the agent of the creditor for the purpose of collecting the money due, to the extent that a dividend check issued by the trustee and countersigned by the referee and made out in the name of the creditor and indorsed by…
