ORDER AFFIRMING IN PART AND REVERSING IN PART PETITION SEEKING POST-CONVICTION RELIEF

¶ 1 Petitioner has appealed from an order of the District Court of Creek County dismissing his Application for PosMJonviction relief in Case Nos. CRF-83-118, CRF-83-121 and CRF-83-282. On September 26, 1984, Petitioner entered pleas of guilty in Case Nos. CRF-83-118 and CRF-83-121 to Robbery with Firearms and was sentenced to twenty-five (25) years imprisonment in each case.
