Appellees, property owners in Street Improvement District No. 326 of the city of Lit-tie Bock, instituted suit in the chancery court of Pulaski County against appellants, commissioners, collector, treasurer and attorney of said district, attacking the validity thereof and seeking to enjoin all proceedings therein.
