LEVAL, Circuit Judge:
Norman Workman appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Curtin, J.), convicting him, upon his guilty plea, of racketeering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c) and illegal use of a communication facility to commit a narcotics offense in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b). The court sentenced Workman to concurrent terms of imprisonment of 95 months for the racketeering count and 48 months for the communication count, concurrent terms of supervised release of three years for the racketeering count and one year for the…
