This action arises from defendant U.S. Forest Service’s decision to undertake the Pilgrim Vegetation Management Project on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Plaintiffs Conservation Congress and Kla-math Forest Alliance have brought suit, alleging that defendant failed to comply with the National Forest Management Act and the National Environmental Policy Act.
